After a long search, our first horse, a 1/2 Arabian, 1/2 saddlebred pinto weanling was purchased.
Shortly after his first birthday, Legend of Big Sky arrived at Our Big sky Ranch.

Truly appreciating, and falling in love with the presence and versatility of the NSH, the search was on for a potential stallion and mare(s).
Having a strong love for the Amurath line of Arabs we leased Amurath Georgina. She was bred to the pinto Saddlebred stallion, Bonnie Novel Hawkeye.
We were very pleased with the colt they produced. Xqwisit Amurath Skeye could become a great potential herd sire.

Born the day after Skeye, was a 3/4 Arabian filly by the great pinto NSH Key Sera Sera and out of an Arabian daughter of Serr Mariner.
A trip to Whispering Hill Farm in Pennsylvania was made to inspect her, and it was love at first sight!
Keys Classy Serasota arrived at the Ranch just before Thanksgiving.
Thank you Donna and Donald Shelatree for breeding such wonderful horses!

When it rains, it pours horses around the ranch... another search had been on for the perfect mount for our teenage son.
I found a young Anglo-Arabian gelding that we were interested in the previous year, but was sold before we could make the trip view him. He proved to be a bit too much horse for the young rider who had purchased him, and this 3 year old was not only still in training but showing great potential for jumping and dressage.
After two trips to southern Indiana the purchase was made. Bravo Czar joined the ranks as the "eldest" at the Ranch as a coming 4 year old.
