XQWISIT TAKODA DREAMS (ICHO pending)
Wouldn't you know it!
Over a month
of near sleepless nights,
wrapped in blankets,
stretched out on the couch
or
between two rattan rockers-
one eye watching our foal cam,
the other trying to catch a wink,
the one early morning I crawl into a warm bed,
this incredible fellow
decided to make his appearance at
our
Big Sky Ranch!
His dam,
Warriors Tahlequah
bred by Stag Creek of Texas,
is a sweet, solidly built mare
of both
Damele
and
Bad Warrior
breeding.
She is registered
ABC,
with
ICHO and CSI pending.
We look forward seeing
how she performs
in distance riding this summer!
His sire,
Xqwisit Ahote Dreams,
ICHO pending,
is one of our curly stallions.
Born a buckskin pinto and turning gray,
he stands over 15H at 3 years of age
and
still growing.

Takoda
will certainly keep his mother is shape
as he is
extremely athletic
and
constantly on the move
He received his sire's
friendly playfulness.
He loves the dogs,
although I am not certain
they appreciate his energy!

He treats everyone like his best buddy!
